機構 2013 至 2014 年度之「註冊機構會員」、「註冊運動員」將於本年 3 月 31 日到期 (「登記參與者」則為期兩年) ， 2014 至 2015 年度之申請由即日起開始接受辦理，會籍由 2014 年 4 月 1 日至 2015 年 3 月 31 日，敬請機構會員從速辦理申請。
本會已於 2013 年 12 月 1 日正式推行網上機構、運動員註冊及參與者登記系統ERES (E-registration and Enrolment System)，如各機構會員需要查詢有關註冊事宜，請致電 2697 3731 內線29 與本會職員聯絡：

The membership of agency members and athletes will be due on 31 March (Participants’membership is valid for two years.). The registration for 2014-2015 membership, which is from 1/4/2014 –31/3/2015, is now open for application. Agency members are adviced to register for their students as soon as possible.
We have adopted the ERES (E-registration and Enrolment System) for agency member, athlete and participant registration since 1/12/2013. For enquiry, feel free to call 2697 3731 and contact the persons in charge:

Participant’s status is valid for two years. If you have register through ERES in 2013, you should register again in 2015-16.
