本會副會長凌劉月芬女士 BBS, MH 於 3 月 25 日獲香港教育學院頒授榮譽院士，以表彰她對社會作出的貢獻。
凌劉月芬副會長 BBS, MH 熱心教育，投身特殊教育服務逾三十年，尤其致力於發展特殊教育及推廣智障人士體育活動，貢獻良多。她於 1996 和 2002 年兩度獲香港特別行政區政府頒發榮譽勳章，及於 2007 年獲頒銅紫荊星章。

The Hong Kong Institute of Education presented Mrs. Laura LING LAU Yuet Fun, BBS, MH for the award of an Honorary Fellowship in recognition of her contribution to the community on 25 March, 2014.
Mrs. Laura LING LAU Yuet Fun, BBS, MH is a truly passionate leader who has dedicated more than 30 years to a distinguished career in special education. She was awarded the Medal of Honour in 1996 and 2002, and the Bronze Bauhinia Star by the HKSAR government in 2007.
